It’s taken two years, but I’ve finally published a book to help leaders engage the public. This is everything I’ve learned in 20 years of practice facilitating public meetings for governments, institutions, non-profits, and community groups.

It’s been an honor to listen to hard-won wisdom from all types of people and learn from some of the best in the field: Peter Block, John McKnight, Cormac Russell, Meghan Clarke, Ken Cunningham, Richard Asimus, Dan Joyner, Liz Blume, Mary Pierce Brosmer, and others. This book shows how I’ve integrated their insights into a comprehensive approach that allows leaders to build trust with their constituents through connection conversations, great questions, and co-creative processes.
